God’s Pride is an NGO established in the United States of America, Los Angeles to be specific and has now extended its operations to Ghana. God’s Pride Shelter stands to minimize the continuing increase of Homelessness in Ghana and Africa at large by building Shelters for the homeless, those that do drugs and find it difficult putting a stop to it, those that for one or two reasons happen to find themselves in prostitution and are willing to put a stop to such acts, we come in to help them. Not only that, God’s Pride shelter has been categorized unto three main functions they ‘re the Humanitarian function, Vocation / skill function, and Counseling. Under our Humanitarian function, we provide meals for people on the streets. Under the vocation and skills function, We employ vocational tutors like hairdressers, barbers, mechanics and many more to come to the facility and train our residents in divers vocations so that after their stay in the facility they can work and take care of themselves, this way they will not end up back to the streets again. Under our counseling section, we help in counseling individuals who have been victimized residents in drug addiction and prostitution yet refuse to stay in our facility. Wonderful people of Ghana and the World at large, this is a great initiation that will help reduce the alarming rate of homelessness in our country and we believe with God and your support we will be able to curb this and this too will be a thing in the past.
